The Star Residences Makes Headlines as Sales Open for Tower 2

The spotlight was on the eagerly anticipated The Star Residence Tower 2 in a recent Seven News segment heralding the development as a destination for “high fliers, with priceless views and a resort lifestyle most can only dream about.”

Located on Broadbeach Island, The Star Residences undoubtedly part of a larger master plan for The Star Gold Coast – to become the biggest entertainment precinct in the Southern Hemisphere. An ambition that is that is warmly welcomed and supported by Queensland Government and Tourism bodies alike.

The success of The Star Residences Tower 1, with 92% of the 423 apartments sold, the Tower 2 release provides a new opportunity for potential buyers to live in one of the world’s most exciting and luxurious integrated resorts. With one bedroom apartments marketed at under $470,000, and two and three bedrooms on the market at between $700,000 – $1million dollars, this new release is likely to mirror the precedent set by Tower 1.

Featuring residential recreation deck, including pool, gym and yoga deck, resident lounge, dining and BBQ areas. Residential apartments will occupy the upper 43 levels, with the rest of the tower boasting a world class international hotel.

Star Queensland Managing Director, Geoff Hogg, believes the time is just right.

“For us, the Gold Coast is an area which we just know is going to have an unbelievable 10 or 20 years ahead.”

The development, a joint venture between Far East Consortium, The Star Entertainment Group and Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Limited, is set to begin construction in a year.
