With industry experience spanning four decades and multiple countries, Craig Williams knowhow and experience covers many aspects of property development and operations.
Craig has been at the forefront of FEC Australia since its inception in 1994. During that time he has overseen the delivery of many integrated residential, commercial and retail developments.
Craig held roles as director of all development companies for the Lend Lease Group.

As Construction Director at Far East Consortium, Michael currently oversees the design and delivery of all FEC projects Australia wide.
With over 30 years’ experience gained in the construction industry in Australia, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, he has expertise in both the technical and commercial aspects of construction and property development. Michael has led in the bid development and delivery of iconic and complex commercial, residential, public use and sporting developments.
He has held leadership positions both acting for the client and as the construction delivery partner. His construction industry expertise ranges from developing and securing business and complex design approvals, through to managing project delivery.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science – Construction Management from RMIT and a trade qualification in Carpentry & Joinery.

Craig O’Hare has 20 years of experience in financial management, particularly in the project, property development and construction sectors.
As a highly motivated and details-focused finance professional, Craig is perpetually driven by a need to improve the process. His meticulous nature ensures all aspects of FEC’s finances and financial reporting are in expert hands.
Craig’s responsibilities range from overall compliance, statutory reporting, liquidity management, taxation, company secretarial duties and IT management. These involve liaising with the parent company in Hong Kong, supporting and managing all staff on financial and reporting matters, overseeing head office requirements, local banks, consulting firms and auditors.
Craig reports to the Hong Kong head office each month and expedites FEC’s quarterly bank reporting.
Previous experience includes roles as financial controller for the Victorian, South Australian and Tasmanian operations of Lend Lease, financial controller for the Victorian operations of Walker Corporation and overseeing the financial and commercial requirements for the construction of the Athletes Village for the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney and is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants.

Lauren Sheldon leverages a decade of experience in sales and marketing in her role as Head of Sales and Marketing Australia at Far East Consortium.
Lauren has a unique ability to relate and build relationships with all stakeholders involved to ensure the success of everything she works on. Her diverse skillset has helped generate impressive sales results for FEC that have out-performed markets around Australia.
Her strategic thinking has enabled leading marketing and sales outcomes on more than $6 billion worth of landmark projects, including Queen’s Wharf Residences, West Side Place, The Fifth, Upper West Side, 35 Spring Street, Sunday Apartments, Elm, Lilly, The Hilton in Melbourne, The Towers at Elizabeth Quay in Perth, and The Star Residences on the Gold Coast.
Lauren is one in a million. Proving herself as 2014 Australian Boxing Champion, she has the tenacity and commitment to see any challenge through.

Peter Williams

Peter has over 30 years’ experience in commercial and contract management, gained across multiple continents and countries.
Peter has worked in the Property Development and Construction industries at a senior level in Southern and Western Africa, South Asia, the Middle East, North America, New Zealand and Australia. He is responsible for commercial management across all projects in Australia.
His experience ranges across commercial, retail and residential developments, as well as public use, sports facilities, infrastructure, mining, and oil and gas projects.
This experience gives Peter the ability to manage and direct all commercial aspects of the business – from project start-up, negotiations and contracts, to procurement and risk management.
Previous experience includes roles as Country Commercial Manager for CPB Contractors in New Zealand, and Global Commercial Director for CBRE@Google in California.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Science (Quantity Surveying) from the University of Cape Town, as well as Commercial Property Practitioner certification from the University of Pretoria.

Over 40 years of industry experience ensures Livio Pozzebon is essential to the FEC senior project management team.
Livio’s diverse experience extends across project management, property development and construction.
After joining Far East Consortium in 2015, Livio undertook a key role on West Side Place – one of the largest developments in Melbourne. This project enabled him to focus his comprehensive skillset, which includes managing consultants, cost planning and compliance reviews, sales and marketing liaison and close communication with key stakeholders.
His previous experience involved various roles on numerous commercial and residential developments in Melbourne including 501 Swanston St for PDG Corporation, apartments worth over $183 million for Hampton, the Crown Casino’s Mahogany Room worth over $70 million for Jinton and managing residential developments for the Benson Property Group.
Livio holds a Diploma of Building and a Graduate Certificate in Property from RMIT, and a Graduate Diploma of Building Project Management from Footscray Institute of Technology.

Retail and Leasing Manager
Gino Giacobbe brings a strong knowledge of retail property, sales and leasing to his responsibilities with FEC.
Gino’s capacity in retail property leasing is well demonstrated by his role in leasing 45 existing retail shops at Upper West Side and West Side Place – Stage 1, both in the Melbourne CBD. Despite constraints from the pandemic, he has still assisted retailers to maximise sales through innovation and fostering community.
As well as preleasing future FEC Melbourne developments including West Side Place – Stage 2 and Monument, Gino maintains full oversight over the Victorian Retail Portfolio, such as development planning, lease administration, finance, fit-outs, and retail management.
Before joining FEC, he as worked across a wide variety of retail assets in Melbourne, in roles covering retail management, facilities management, leasing, and development.
He has a Bachelor of Property and Real Estate (with a major in sustainability) from Deakin University and a Certificate IV in Property from RMIT. Gino holds a full Victorian Estate Agents Licence.

As a Project Director at FEC, Simon Crooks brings over 30 years’ experience across engineering, project management, and consulting leadership, including directorship of the Queen’s Wharf Project Brisbane for Destination Brisbane Consortium (DBC).
As DBC Project Director, Simon established and manages the project team delivering the Queen’s Wharf Brisbane integrated resort development in accordance with the State Government Project Development Agreement.
His earlier experience extends across national and international firms including Aquenta Consulting, Baulderstone (now part of Jacobs), Walter Construction Group, and John Laing Construction.
Simon also has extensive experience in highly regulated industry sectors, and a strong track record in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering complex projects. A career highlight includes installing new processes and governance structures, and negotiating new commercial agreements to achieve above benchmark profit for Aquenta Consulting’s Queensland property team.
Another significant value-add was strategically manoeuvring Baulderstone’s business to include healthcare (which helped win the company’s first hospital project – the Prince Charles Hospital redevelopment project) and creating a pipeline of nine other hospital projects, including the $310 million Mackay Hospital Redevelopment and the $208 million Robina Hospital Expansion projects.

Mick Tully

As Director – Delivery, Mick Tully utilises 30 years of experience in construction to manage all delivery risks on Queen’s Wharf Brisbane integrated resort development for Destination Brisbane Consortium (DBC).
His role for Queen’s Wharf Brisbane is managing the delivery of the works from procurement through to opening, but particularly focussing on the contractors engaged. With experience both in Australia and Asia on a wide range of sectors and project size, Mick works closely with the DBC Project Managers to identify, report and manage risks in order to provide certainty.
Prior to working with DBC, Mick held Queensland Senior Management positions in Probuild and Lend Lease delivering large complex projects in excess of $1 billion.
Mick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science; Construction Management from QUT.

With more than 20 years in the development, construction and related industries, Jaime now focuses her considerable experience as a Project Director for FEC Australia at Destination Gold Coast.
Within the role she is responsible for delivering the Masterplan redevelopment of The Star Gold Coast – a spectacular integrated resort of hotels, retail, casino and residential that represents the future of such stellar urban developments.
After completing a Bachelor of Architecture degree in Brisbane and London, Jaime began her career with a Brisbane-based architectural firm. Then, for 11 years, she worked for ASX listed FKP Properties (now known as Aveo) – a development company involved in the retail, commercial, residential, industrial, retirement and construction sectors. At FKP, Jame specialised in residential, mixed-use developments and was part of delivering over 10 medium to high-density projects including Gasworks Newstead, one of Brisbane’s most iconic and successful urban renewal developments.
After leaving FKP, Jaime spent a number of years at Anthony John Group (AJG) a privately owned developer renowned for their boutique and high end award winning mixed use residential and hotel developments. During her time at AJG she facilitated the delivery of two residential towers comprising of over 400 apartments as part of an iconic mixed-use commercial, hotel, retail and residential development known as Southpoint in Southbank.

With 20 years of Australian and international experience in the construction and engineering field, Dan Miller brings a wealth of design and construction knowledge to FEC.
As a highly motivated, hands-on Construction Manager for Western Australia, Dan oversees the project delivery teams on Perth Hub, including residential apartments and The Dorsett Hotel.
He is responsible for all aspects of project delivery in the region including operations, design, construction, commercial and contract management disciplines from concept to completion, as well as supporting new business.
Dan has extensive experience in major projects including high rise residential, hotels, mixed use commercial, retail and major civil infrastructure schemes.
He has held senior positions for tier 1 contractors in the field of Construction Management nationally and internationally. Previously, Dan was also a member of the WA board for a tier 1 builder responsible for the procurement, team creation, design and construction of over $1 billion of projects in the West Australian market in a five-year period.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Construction Management & Engineering from Leeds Universities in the UK and an Advanced Diploma of Construction and Economics. He is also a Member of the Chartered institute of Building (MCIOB) (UK) and the Australian Institute of Building (AIB), as well as a Registered builder in Western Australia.

Laura Ainsworth has enjoyed a 12-year career spanning major development, project management, urban renewal and infrastructure projects.
As Hotel Project Manager for FEC, Laura recently delivered The Ritz-Carlton, Perth, a 5-star 205 room luxurious hotel and retail experience. She is currently overseeing the delivery of Perth Hub and Dorsett Hotel, adding value through authority approvals, design development, feasibility and procurement.
Laura boasts extensive experience in the Government sector, including Director of Project Delivery at the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority. Here, she provided leadership and strategic direction of a redevelopment program consisting of 19 major urban renewal projects, including the Perth City Link Project representing $1.3 billion Government investment. She led teams on feasibility, compliance, policies, practices to optimise delivery, critical analysis, reporting, strategy and risk mitigation.
In a previous role as Project Manager for Tourism Western Australia, Laura was responsible for providing oversight and management of tourism infrastructure projects, and developing feasibilities for tourism development opportunities including hotels, eco-tourism and mixed use. She has also been a Senior Hospitality Consultant, specialising in Western Australian Liquor Licensing applications and approvals, along with developing hospitality and tourism focused feasibility studies and assessments.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Tourism Management from Edith Cowan University in Perth.
