TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Draw is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The Draw closes at 7.30pm on 28 February 2024.
- The Draw will be drawn at 8.30pm on 28 February 2024 at Atria Restaurant, Level 80, 650 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, Victoria.
- The recipient must be invited to the West Side Place Lunar Event held at Atria Restaurant, Level 80, 650 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, Victoria on 28 February 2024, receive a number in a red envelope upon entering the Event and be in attendance at the time of the Draw.
- Each person may only submit one entry to the Draw.
- The recipient of each prize in the Draw will be:
- notified in writing after the Draw; and
- published on the West Side Place website (www.westsideplace.com.au) for a minimum of 28 days after the Draw.
- The prize is personal to the recipient and is not transferable.
- The recipient must not request reimbursement and any prize in the Draw is not redeemable for a cash payment of equivalent value.
- Each recipient must only receive 1 prize and any subsequent prizes of the recipient will be redrawn.
- Any vouchers which form part of the Draw will:
- be provided within a reasonable period (up to 28 days) after the Draw; and
- contain expiry dates as determined by Far East Consortium and the provider of the voucher in their absolute discretion.
- The Lucas Group Prize is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- may be redeemed at any restaurants which from part of the Lucas Group as noted on their website https://lucas.online by contacting the relevant Lucas Group restaurant;
- is subject to availability;
- defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced;
- the voucher (in whole or part) is not redeemable for cash. Purchases exceeding the available balance require the difference to be paid by other methods;
- voucher must be presented at the restaurant at time of payment;
- in the event of any dispute, the decision of Lucas Group is final;
- Lucas Group reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice; and
- the voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- The Emporium Prizes are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- may be redeemed by presentation at any store accepting EFTPOS within a Vicinity shopping centre or at Emporium shopping centre. The voucher may not be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts;
- defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced;
- the voucher may be redeemed on multiple occasions at multiple stores, subject to the terms and conditions;
- the voucher may not be reloaded;
- the voucher cannot be used for online purchases;
- the balance of the card may be checked by calling 1300 764 721 or at https://www.waivpay.com/balance-check;
- photo identification that is acceptable to Vicinity Centres may be required to be produced to verify any transaction;
- the voucher (in whole or part) is not redeemable for cash. Purchases exceeding the available balance require the difference to be paid by other methods;
- Emporium and Vicinity Centres may amend the terms and conditions without prior notice; and
- will expire on 26 February 2027.
- The Flight Centre Prize is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- the voucher is subject to Flight Centre’s Booking terms and conditions (available to view at https://help.flightcentre.com.au/s/article/booking-terms-conditions-au)) and Travel Service Provider terms and conditions, as amended from time to time without prior notice;
- may be redeemed at participating Flight Centre retail stores located within Australia. A pin may be required to redeem the gift card;
- may not be redeemed for cash, credit, gift card, traveller’s cheques, cash passports or foreign currency products or refunded in any way;
- purchases exceeding the available balance require the difference to be paid by other methods;
- lost or stolen vouchers and pins may not be replaced, refunded or reissued;
- defaced, mutilated or altered vouchers will not be replaced, accepted or refunded;
- may not be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts;
- the voucher may not be reloaded;
- personal information collected in relation to the voucher will be handled in accordance with Flight Centre’s privacy policy available at flightcentre.com.au or in store; and
- must be used for travel on or before 14 February 2027.
- The Melbourne Ritz Prize is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- accommodation will be for one deluxe king room only (accommodating up to 2 people) for 2 nights with breakfast included;
- may be redeemed by email to melbourne@ritzcarlton.com quoting the voucher number;
- advance reservation is required;
- dates of stay are subject to availability;
- may not be used during blackout dates, which are available by contacting the hotel;
- valid at The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne only;
- will expire on 26 February 2027; and
- the original voucher must be presented to reception upon check in (and will not be replaced if lost or stolen).
- This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and is void outside of Victoria, Australia. The Offer is subject to all directions and requirements of all authorities and is subject to change to comply with any laws, requirements of authorities and regulatory requirements.
- To the extent permitted by law, the recipient consents to the use by Far East Consortium and its related entities of the recipient’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements for advertising and publicity worldwide and in all forms of media without compensation. All information submitted will be subject to Far East Consortium’s privacy policy available at https://fareast.net.au/privacy-policy/. This privacy policy contains information about how entrants and winners may access and correct their personal information, how they may complain about a potential breach of privacy and how Far East Consortium will deal with such a complaint. The processing of personal information is necessary to conduct the Draw, including verifying eligibility and delivering prizes. Far East Consortium may disclose personal information to third party prize suppliers, its agents and affiliates and its service providers and some of these entities may be located overseas in China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Hong Kong.
- Far East Consortium’s failure to enforce any term or condition of this Draw does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
