Northbank Place located on the north side of the Yarra River, spanning an entire city block along Flinders Street between Spencer and King Streets.

It is a unique development comprising of two residential buildings (384 apartments), a 10,000m² office building, 432 car parks and 30 retail tenancies incorporating prime Flinders Street frontages as well as service/arts precinct tenancies in the Batman Park area.

The revitalisation of what was an old car park into a modern precinct commenced in April 2007 and was completed in stages from November 2008 to May 2009 with the total value being over $200M.
