On the home straight to Christmas! How did this happen! 2020 has certainly brought many unexpected changes to our everyday lives, especially for our colleagues in Melbourne. It has also granted and presented many opportunities for different markets. Far East Consortium has been lucky to continue doing what we love right through a world pandemic and we consider ourselves very lucky. We have so much to tell you!

West Side Place

Stage 1 Completed, Stage 2 Under Construction

Now with 300 settlements done and another 300 on track to be called before the end of year. There is no doubt timing has been challenging with Stage 3 and 4 restrictions in place for the majority of the settlement period. FEC tried to adapt quickly to the climate from providing a Covid-safe site, offering a key courier service to those that settled, even recently introducing a tenant incentive package to try and attract tenants to WSP. 
Stage 2 settlements are pending, with valuations to commence next week! As an Exclusive Offer to West Side Place purchasers, BC Securities now provides loans up to 80% of the valuation or even higher on a case by case basis.  Even if you have your own preferred broker, you may want to contact Jing or Meng to provide advice on options provided to you for your peace of mind.

We are so proud of how this precinct is coming together and look forward to continuing to deliver a community that people of proud to call home. This week Merriment café opened its door. A beautiful concept store that looks more like an art gallery than a coffee shop. 

If you have not already had a walk through the precinct, please be in touch with Sarah and we would be thrilled to show you through.
