Merriment café has opened its doors – a beautiful concept store that looks more like an art gallery than a coffee shop. The Perth Hub display suite is now closed to make way for construction. Early ground works have commenced and we are on track to announce a builder shortly.
Perth is buzzing with positivity with Perth airport being the busiest airport in the world at the moment! Perth Hub is in the perfect sweet spot – with incentives coupled with an affordable price point and strong rent returns.
Perth Hub is eligible for the home builder grant until the end of the year, the first home owner grant and stamp duty rebate. That’s up to $60,000 of potential savings!
