2020 has certainly brought many unexpected changes to our everyday lives, especially for our friends in Melbourne. It has also granted and presented many opportunities for different markets. Far East Consortium has been lucky to continue doing what we love right through a world pandemic and we consider ourselves very lucky, check out the above video for some of our highlights. West Side Place Stage 1

Settlements ongoing

Now with over 400 settlements done and another 300 just called, West Side Place is coming alive! We are so proud of this precinct and look forward to continuing to deliver a community that people are proud to call home.

Merriment café has opened its doors – a beautiful concept store that looks more like an art gallery than a coffee shop. The arcade has attracted a lot of media attention, with the gallery style arcade receiving a warm welcome by art loving Melbournians. For those not in Melbourne check out our virtual tour here.

Perth Hub

Construction partner to be announced soon

The Perth Hub display suite is now closed to make way for construction. Early ground works have commenced and we are on track to announce a builder shortly.

Perth is buzzing with positivity with Perth airport being the busiest airport in the world at the moment! Perth Hub is in the perfect sweet spot – with incentives coupled with an affordable price point and strong rent returns.

Perth Hub is eligible for the home builder grant until the end of the year, the first home owner grant and stamp duty rebate. That’s up to $60,000 of potential savings!

On top of all this wonderful news, the Perth Government has recently announced that Edith Cowen University will build their very first CBD University campus right amongst the city link precinct, just minutes from Perth Hub! Read more about the new campus in the attached article.
