In Perth, we began settlements at The Towers and were thrilled to officially welcome the Ritz-Carlton to Elizabeth Quay in mid-November, marking the hotel chain’s 100th international hotel and its spectacular return to Australia.
Perth Hub also remains on track and went out to tender in September in search of a credible construction partner.
